

Nora E. Kisner, 69 of Riverton died at 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 19, 2004 at Memorial Medical Center. Nora was born August 4, 1934 in Springfield, the daughter of George and Velma Sperry Smith. She married Robert W. Kisner on May 29, 1970. He preceded her in death on October 19, 1988. Nora retired from Riverton School District where she had been employed in the maintenance department. She attended Salisbury Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her parents and brother: Thomas Smith. She is survived by her son: Robert E. (wife, Jan) Baker of Girard, daughter: Beverly (husband, Bruce) Morgan of Glendale Heights, two grandchildren: James Baker and Jamie Morgan, two great grandchildren: Zachary and Suzanne Baker, three sisters: Pat (husband, Richard) Smith of Springfield, Barbara Henn of Auburn, Sharon Hupp of Auburn, two brothers: Jack (wife, Carol) Smith of Dawson and George (wife, Doris) Smith of Decatur, several aunts & uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Cremation accorded by Cremation Tribute Center. Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 23, 2004 at Oak Hill Cemetery with Rev. Kevin Curry officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Salisbury Baptist Church, C/O Ike Dannenberger, 3544 Pet Cemetery Rd. Springfield, IL 62707. The family of Nora E. Kisner is being served by Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center, 900 S. 6th St. Springfield.
