Patricia Ann Spiker

Patricia was born August 23, 1940 in Peoria, the daughter of Howard and Josephine (Evans) Van Ausdall. She married Richard Spiker on November 21, 1970 in Springfield.

Patricia met her husband while they worked at the Leland Hotel. He worked in the bar and she worked in the restaurant. She worked in food service throughout her life, until the kids were born after which she was a stay at home mom. She loved holidays, bingo, and jewelry.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Spiker; son, Stephen (Tammy) Spiker; daughter, Christina Ball; one grandson; and sister, Donna McDonough.

Graveside Ceremony: 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Roselawn Memorial Park, 1735 S. Camp Butler Rd., Springfield, with Rev. Marty Montgomery officiating.
