Pat was born on June 25, 1957, in Enid, OK, the son of Vernon Leroy and Jean Lorraine Schuyler Dunn. He married Sandra Lynne Franklin on August 20, 1988, in Riverton.
Pat was a graduate of Lanphier High School and served in the United States Navy. He retired from United States Postal Service as a mail handler. Pat enjoyed vegetable gardening, attending outdoor music festivals, having a Busch beer, and sitting in his garage listening to music. He was a fan of sports, including the STL Cardinals and Chicago Bears. Most of all, Pat enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Rodems, and his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy Dunn of Greenview; one son, Travis (Trisha Taylor) Dunn of Greenview; one daughter, Andrea Franklin of Greenview; six grandchildren, Justin (Daisy) Franklin, Charlee Jones, Willow Davis, Connor and Lily Hill, and Ruby Dunn; great-grandchild, Isaiah Franklin; three siblings, Terry (Beverly) Dunn of Dennison, TX, Peggy (Charlie) Hermann of Broken Arrow, OK, and Kathy Moushon-Dunn of Springfield; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation and Funeral Ceremony: Family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at Butler Funeral Home-Springfield. A Funeral Ceremony will be held at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Michael Kochmann officiating.
Cremation will be provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center following ceremonies.
