She was born Jan. 18, 1914 in Gibson County, IN, to Samuel Leroy and Nellie (Shoultz) Mills.
Her family moved to Kiefer, OK in 1917 and she graduated from Kiefer high school in 1931. In 1935 she married Fred Gaddis. Mrs. Gaddis held positions in Joliet, IL, Indianapolis, IN, Jackson, TN, and Youngstown, Ohio. She retired from Telex Corp in Tulsa in 1979.
Mrs. Gaddis was a member of Metro Faith Christian Church
She is survived by a daughter Sharon (husband, Matthew) Gilmour, two grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Preceding her in death were her parents; three brothers, Marlin, Leon, and Dale Mills; and infant daughter, Lynell.
Services were private for the family. Boardman-Smith Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
