Phillip P. Wilson, Jr., 30, of Springfield, died at 2:08 a.m. on Friday, December 14, 2012 at Memorial Medical Center. Phillip was born July 22, 1982 in Springfield, the son of Phillip Paul and Carolyn Louise Weller Wilson, Sr. Phillip previously worked at Hart-Clayton. He enjoyed playing pool, darts, and cards. He also enjoyed fishing and working on cars. He was preceded in death by his father; two grandfathers, Willard Wilson and Elbert Weller; and grandmother, Ruth Combs. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn (Thomas) Curran of Springfield; companion, Davilee Silvy of Springfield; grandmother, Mary Weller of Springfield; siblings, Brian and Penny Childers, both of Springfield; two step-brothers, Christopher Curran of Springfield and Aaron Curran of TN; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Cremation was accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center prior to ceremonies. Private family ceremonies were held. Memorial contributions may be made to: Phillip P.
