Richard A. Meyer, 89, of Georgetown,TX. formerly of Springfield passed away Dec. 12, 2008.
The family is being served by Boardman-Smith Funeral Chapel where friends may call Thursday Dec. 17, 2008 from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday at Camp Butler National Cemetery with Pastor Paul J. Olson officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the Interveterans Burial Detail of Sangamon County.
