He was born in Springfield on July 25, 1951, the son of Richard Dale and Betty (Rogers) Cline. Robert married Kathryn J. Boone in 1989.
Robert was a manager at Eagles for 35 years and also managed PetSmart for 15 years. He enjoyed listening to music, animals, and NASCAR racing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Betty Jo Haworth; and brother, Roger Dale Cline.
Robert is survived by his wife, Kathryn; sons, Adam Cline and Michael Morrow; daughters, Angela Kaitschuk and Dana Allen; grandchildren, Madeline Summer, Teddy Rogers, John and Sam Kaitschuk, and Lilly and Carter Morrow; great-grandchild, Teagan Summer; cousin, Tracy Rogers; and nephews, Rick and Rob Haworth.
Visitation and Funeral Ceremony: Family will receive friends at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2026, at Butler Funeral Home- Springfield, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield, until the time of the Ceremony at 11:30 a.m.
Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
