Rose A. Duncheon, 89, of Springfield, died at 5:05 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at St. John's Hospice. Rose was born December 13, 1925 in Argyle, MN, the daughter of Frank and Irene Bordenkircher Duncheon. Rose graduated from Ursuline Academy and earned her bachelor's degree from St. John's Nursing College. She was employed as a nurse anesthetist at Johns Hopkins University Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Francis, Jerome, and Charles "Buddy" Duncheon; sister, June Duncheon; and beloved friend, Delores "Carrie" Carrigan. She is survived by her siblings, Mary Kulek, Donna (husband, Don) Robinson, and Carole (husband, Jim) Skufca, all of Springfield, and Teresa (husband, Ron)Heimlach of FL; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation: Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2015 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield. Visitation will begin with a prayer service at 5:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Louden Park Cemetery in Baltimore, MD. Memorial contributions may be made to: St. John's School of Nursing, 800 E.
