Rose was born on November 29, 1943. She is survived by her son, Steven Moore; most adored granddaughter, Jenna Lynn Moore; sisters, Karen Coons, Patty Golab, and Kathy Larson; brothers, Stanley Duknoski, Mikel, and David.
Rose was also preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Josephine Hemp Duknoski; sisters, Bonnie Sue, Mary Ann Curry, Julie Dasher, and Penny Galassi; and brother, James Duknoski.
Cremation was provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.
The family is being served by Butler Funeral Home-Springfield, 900 S. Sixth St., Springfield.
