Ruth E. Reynolds, 82, of Springfield, died at 6:20 a.m., Tuesday, April 26, 2005 at Capitol Care Center. Ruth was born February 18, 1923 in Springfield the daughter of John E. and Florence L. Seiz Kern. She married Virgil Dale Reynolds on October 28, 1939 in Springfield; he preceded her in death on December 17, 1999. Ruth was employed as a laundry clerk for King’s Daughter Home. She was also preceded in death by one son: Ronald D. Reynolds, parents and one brother. She is survived by three sons: Gerald L. (wife, Katie) of Springfield, Ricky A. (wife, Elizabeth) of Springfield and David W. Reynolds; two daughters: Nancy Boyd of Valdosta, GA, Debbie Reynolds of Springfield; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; one sister: Elizabeth Washko of Springfield; half-sister: Dorothy (husband, John) Humes of Chula Vista, CA and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Cremation accorded by the Cremation Tribute Center, 900 S. 6th St. Springfield. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 29, 2005 at Camp Butler National Cemetery with Scott Brindley officiating. The family of Ruth E.
