She was born Jan. 22, 1921 in Pleasant Plains the daughter of George and Nancy Carter. She was preceded in death by two loving grandsons and her husband Robert Hendricker.
She is adored and loved by her children; Jim Hurley (wife, Carleen) of Chatham, Mary Pershing(husband, Jim) of Colorado Springs, Nancy Barron of Waterloo, IA., Doug Hurley(wife, Carol) of Greenview, Kathy Hendricker(companion, Greg Campbell) of Mechanicsburg, Kevin Hendricker of Springfield and Karla Lucas(husband, Denny) of Springfield; 29 grandchildren and 54 great grandchildren.
Thelma was a beautiful person who was loved by her family and many friends.
Mrs. Hendricker donated her remains to medical study and there will be a memorial service at the home of her daughter Kathy Dec. 1, 2007.
