

Tina Marie Grey-Schleyhahn, 43, of Springfield, died at 5:08 p.m. on Sunday, December 24, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center. Tina was born February 22, 1974 in Springfield, the daughter of Donald and Judith OBrien Gobel. She married Craig Schleyhahn on March 10, 2014, in Springfield. Tina graduated from Lanphier High School, class of 1992. She earned an associates degree from Robert Morris College. She worked as a data entry supervisor for the Illinois Department of Revenue. Tina enjoyed crafting, reading, playing with her granddaughters, and spending time outside with her friends and family. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; and one cousin. She is survived by her husband, Craig of Springfield; mother, Judith Gobel of Springfield; father, Donald Gobel of Springfield; sons, Jessie, Devan, and Jonathon Grey all of Springfield; two granddaughters, Josie and Daisy Grey; two step-daughters, Catie and Christine Schleyhahn; siblings, Tammy (Matthew) Ference, and Sarah Gobel both of Springfield; four nieces, Samantha, Cierra, Marydith, and Zoey; and two nephews, Zhayn and Michael; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation will be accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center. Memorial Gathering: Family will receive friends from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th Street, Springfield.
