Victoria K. Johnson, 63, of Springfield, died at 6:34 p.m. on Monday, October 30, 2017 at her residence. Victoria was born July 15, 1954 in Springfield, the daughter of Richard L. and Ruth A. Stone Johnson. Victoria graduated from Southeast High School in 1972 and was employed for the State of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services for 29 years. She volunteered at the Food Bank and Kids Caf. Victoria enjoyed baking, cross-stitching, and spiritual study, but most importantly, she made it her mission to point lost souls to Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard L. Johnson and Ruth A. Clayborn; sister, Rebecca Johnson; and two brothers, Gregory and Douglas Johnson. She is survived by her siblings, Phillip (wife, Nancy) Johnson of CO, Stephen Johnson of CA, Robin Johnson of Springfield, Sheila Morris of Springfield, Marcia (husband, Randy) Jackson of MO, Scarlett (husband, Steve) Madison of Springfield, and Lori Taylor of Springfield; and several nieces and nephews.
