Vincent Edward Tuxhorn, 83, of Springfield, passed away on July 26, 2024 at St. John’s Hospital. He was born on August 27, 1940 in Springfield to Vincent Emmett Tuxhorn and Dorothy Bell Richardson. Vincent married Judy Lovegrove on June 27, 1981 and she survives.
Mr. Tuxhorn is survived by his daughter Lorene (Brian) Bates of Chatham and three grandsons: Lucas, Jackson and Alexander bates.
Vincent farmed his entire life. He also worked for Springfield School District 186 for 29 years and for Chatham Schools for 5 years.
A private graveside service was held at Oak ridge Cemetery.
