Dr.Muscadin was the absolute best! I always thought about him after he retired. He was my siblings and I doctor until we all got grown. I hated when that happened. He was even my niece and nephew doctor. Seeing him and Mrs.Muscadin was my favorite part of my visit. The Christmas parties were a plus! I send my condolences to the family!You are missed!

My daughter had him as a doctor since she was born he was very nice and always very very knowledgeable in her health he will be miss the party’s at his clinics were nice all my kids had him for they health

DR. MUSKADIN we love you! My 19 yr old son and 17 yr old son were just talking about you and was wondering if you were in good health. I told my son to Google your name and sure enough we all began to smile as we seen your face. Thank you for all that you have done for my children as they grew into young men you were their doctor at St. Bernard hospital from birth to about nine years old when we moved. We will never forget you! You were such a great DR! Thank you for all that you have done! I can still see your office with all of your children’s pictures up. You always put them up on this board. We love you rest in peace.

It is with a heavy heart to hear of the passing of Dr. Jean Wilson Muscadin.  Dr. Muscadin and his wife Marie has been one of the founding members of The Concerned Haitian Association of Illinois since its existence and during the years have remained long time member’s at large and active supporter of CHAI.                         Dr. Muscadin was a man of integrity with a passion that was shown deeply as a thoughtful friend.  For those who knew Wilson, knew him as a soft spoken individual committed to those in need, his love for his homeland extended to making a difference in the lives of the children in Haiti.  
He will be missed by all especially by the CHAI organization who honors him as a friend and mentor.
May God hold Wilson, his family, and loved ones close during this time.  We will keep the Muscadin family in our prayers.

To the family of Dr. Jean Wilson Muscadin,    
      
 We, the members of the Haitian Book Club of Chicago, were saddened by the news of the death of your devoted husband and father of Farah and Wilson, Jr.  Both Dr. Muscadin and his wife Marie were active members of the book club before they relocated out of state. We discussed and enjoyed together many books in Haitian literature. We express our sincere condolences to all the members of the family and to his cousin Emmanuella Pierre, another member of the club. 

The news of the untimely death of Dr. Muscadin came as a great shock to us. He will be remembered for his kindness, his wit and his genial personality. We shared many good memories and laughter together.  It is difficult indeed to find the right words to pay a richly deserved tribute to the memory of such a highly esteemed member of the Haitian family. Farewell, my dear cousin. 

Your journey on earth was very fruitful. You were a remarkable husband, an outstanding father, a physician of high integrity, a charitable philanthropist, and a reliable friend who was admired by all who were blessed to know him. Let us not forget his tendency to host entertaining and fulfilling gatherings for his friends and family.   

His lifelong journey towards elevating his spirituality is something to be commended. It was his strength of character that we will remember fondly. 

I am extending my heartfelt sympathies to Marie, his devoted wife, and Farah and Wilson Jr., his loving children, and to their second mother, Junia. 

I want to thank you, dear cousin, for fulfilling my late father's wish, "voye veux sous Emmanuella." Your advice has led me to live a satisfactory life.

My heart is heavy after hearing the news of the loss of my dear friend Dr Muscadin; I met “Doc” while he practiced medicine at St Bernard Hospital here in Chicago, along his side was his dear nurse wife Berle. They made a great team and every Christmas both held a Christmas party for the children in the hospital, Mrs Muscadin cooked and baked for a week to feed hundreds of people and each child received a gift. We will miss you greatly but I know that God doesn’t make any mistakes, Thank you “Doc” for all the contributions you’ve made to society. Rest in Peace Brother.
