Mary Cappello

On December 6, 2011, Mary passed away peacefully at home in Georgetown, DE with her loving family. Beloved mother of John F. Cappello of Indiana, Frank J. (Lenore) Cappello of Florida, Carolyn (Angelo) Massino of Delaware, and Josephine (Charles) Soper of Maryland. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren. Mary was a native of Philadelphia, PA. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and active member of Holy Rosary and St. Elizabeth Catholic Churches where she devoted much of her time to activities within her faith. Visitation will be held Friday, December 16 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the DEMAINE FUNERAL HOME, Springfield, VA with recitation Chaplet of the Divine Mercy at 3:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 am Saturday, December 17 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 3rd and F St., NW, Washington, DC. Interment to follow at Ft. Lincoln Cemetery.
