Rose Marie Amaral, age 94, a resident most recently of Fairfax, Virginia passed away on August 22, 2011. She is survived by her son, Joseph C. Amaral and his wife, Jo Ann Cosmic Amaral; daughter, Rosalie Amaral Pate and her husband Charles Pate; grandchilden Jonathan W.Pate and his wife Michelle LeBlanc, Michelle L. Pate, Pamela Amaral and her husband Andy Dryden and Shelly Amaral Matheny and her husband Mike Matheny; great-grandchildren, Noah Pate, Quinn Pate, Carlyn Matheny and Meghan Matheny; a cousin, Peggy Duarte Reichle; a niece, Lenore Lopes Moye; and a friend, Fannie Halton, Executive Director of Sunrise of Fairfax. Rose will be buried with her husband, Joseph Amaral, Jr. at Fero Gardens Memorial in Beverly Hills, Florida.
