William was the loving brother of Richard P. McNeil and his wife Sara, Lynne MacNeil and Tracy McNeil Wines and her husband Leonard. Dear uncle of Lela Scott MacNeil, Grace Anne McNeil Wines and Hannah Lynne McNeil Wines. William’s parents were the late Dorothy Reed McNeil and the late Edwin Evan McNeil.
Burial will take place at Columbia Gardens Cemetery, 3411 Arlington Blvd, Arlington, VA at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 28. Memorial Service at Springfield United Methodist Church, 7047 Old Keene Mill Road, Springfield, VA 22150 at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 28, with a reception at the church to follow.
