With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Donna Pollack, an extraordinary woman whose life was a tapestry of delight, leadership, and creativity. She was born on November 24, 1941, and passed away on March 22, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and lasting impact on everyone who knew her.
Donna was a vivacious spirit, filled with happiness and a thirst for adventure. Her outgoing personality and determination paved the way for countless escapades and experiences that enriched her life and those around her. She would often lead all the children on learning adventures to the Air and Space Museum to feel a piece of the moon or to uncover a unique, historical trinket at an antique store. Car rides were often filled with song - everyone singing as loudly as possible along the way.
She always looked forward to seeing her sisters Kay, Susie and Vicki on a yearly adventure to a unique location like Atlanta, Savannah, New York, Miami or the Pacific Northwest.
She was a teacher at heart, always ready to share her wisdom with others. She taught us how to forgive, how to strategically play a mean game of rummy, and more importantly, how to relentlessly pursue our dreams. Her knack for problem-solving and leadership were as commendable as her ability to guide others on road trips with her excellent navigation skills.
Donna is survived by her husband Norwin, her children Chad, Charlotte and Carmen, and her grandchildren Sierra, Christian and Parker.
The void left by her passing is immeasurable. Her radiant smile and spirited heart, will be deeply missed by all. Yet, her legacy lives on in the paths she has paved and the love she has bestowed. Her influence and memories will forever be cherished.
