Dorothy Margaret Williams

Dorothy “Dottie” Margaret Williams passed away peacefully on November 9, 2025 at the age of 95, surrounded by the love of her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose kindness, humor, and warmth touched everyone she met.

Dottie is survived by her son Gary Starks; stepsons Gary and Terry Williams; stepdaughters-in-law Sheila Williams and Donna Williams; granddaughters Heather Starks and Tanya Martin; grandsons Garett Williams, Darren Williams, Robert Williams, and Ricky Starks; step-granddaughters-in-law Jennifer and Beth Williams; and great-grandchildren Christian Williams, Faith Williams, Logan Williams, Morgan Williams, Christian Starks, and Alejandra Starks. She was preceded in death by her beloved first husband, Keith Starks; her beloved husband, Robert Williams; and her son, Rick Starks.

Dottie loved nothing more than spending time with her family—especially at their cherished country property—where laughter, stories, and togetherness filled her days. She found joy in crocheting, traveling, joking with friends, and doting on her great-grandchildren. Her quick wit and radiant smile brought laughter and light to every gathering.

Those who knew Dottie will remember her as a woman who loved deeply, laughed freely, and gave endlessly. Her spirit lives on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know her. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
