Georgia Marie Counts

Georgia Marie Counts, age 94, of Saint Ann, Missouri was born on April 19, 1929, and passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023. She was the loving wife of Leamon and the cherished mother of Marilyn and Patricia. Her son Doyle passed away on March 29, 2020. She loved her grand-daughter Ashley Marie Embrey and her husband Eric. She is preceded in death by her parents Freeman and Cora Carver and siblings MaryLee, Tommy, Anna Belle, Eulene, JW, Lloyd, and Jimmy. She is survived by her brothers Jake and Larry and sisters Virginia, Sue, and Jeanette.

Georgia lived a life of purity, humility, and generosity. She was quiet, soft-spoken, and gentle. She was a true lady as evidenced by her genteel manner, perfectly coiffed hair, and treasured white pearls. She dedicated her life to her family. She provided them with a home that was warm and nurturing. Her love of God was always present.

She was a member of the Church of Christ for over 70 years. She was most recently a member of the Overland Church of Christ. She enjoyed attending church services, singing hymns, and reading the Bible. She lived a life of faith and obedience in preparation for her eternal home in Heaven. She truly was a good and faithful servant.

A funeral service for Georgia will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Alexander - White - Mullen Funeral Home, 11101 Saint Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, MO 63074.
