Patty was the loving wife of Donald Trachte; devoted mother of Lisa (Jim) Moore and Laura (Michael Foster) Cheney; cherished grandmother of Finnley (Brandon) Hope, Baylee Hartman, Mallory Hartman, Davis Moore, Cullen Moore, and Peyton Moore; treasured great-grandmother of Stella Byrd Hope; dear sister of Nancy (Ron) Linville, Greg (Brenda) Lehmuth, and Lee Lehmuth. She is also survived by Don’s, four children: Tina, Donna, Leslie, and Jimmy and their families; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Gladys Lehmuth.
Patty will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.
