Paul E. Jokerst, Sr., 86, of Florissant, died Dec. 6, 2011. He was preceded in death by his wife Grace on March 24, 1988. He is survived by sons Kerry “Mike” (Christine) Jokerst, Paul (Veronica Sue) Jokerst and Terry (Christine) Jokerst; six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Mr. Jokerst was a decorated World War II veteran where he served as a radio operator and mechanic in the Pacific theater.
A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Friday December 9, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Hazelwood. Burial will be at Mount Lebanon Cemetery with full military honors
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday Dec. 8, at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home, 11101 St. Charles Rock Road, St. Ann.
