Andrea Marie Kirchner-Carrier, age 62 passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023. A lifelong resident of St. Clair Shores, Andrea was a homemaker who loved to cook, bake and sew. Earlier in life, she was a talented artist, fashion illustrator and apprentice seamstress who was accepted to the prestigious American Intercontinental University in Atlanta.
Andrea took great pride in being a mother, daughter to very loving parents, wife and sister. Family was her first priority. Andrea was also deeply involved in caring for her grandparents Frank and Lucy and she was fluent in American Sign Language. She was active in the church and was devoted to her religious studies.
After a long illness, she is now at peace and in the loving care of the Lord.
Andrea was born in Detroit, Michigan, to proud parents Angus and Dolores Kirchner Jr. She leaves behind her beloved husband Myron Carrier. Her two loving children Bianca Carrier and Nicholas Dorn. She is the dear sister to Angus (Jim Bastable) Kirchner and Lee (Lynda) Kirchner. Andrea will be missed by many family and friends.
A visitation for Andrea will be held Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM.
