

Beverly Ann Ventimiglia, age 81, passed away on April 22, 2021 at Ascension St. John Hospital. She is survived by her beloved husband of 49 years, Anthony; loving daughter: Bev (boyfriend Michael Orlowski); step-children: Annette Sokoll, Judy (John) Chmielewski; step-grandchildren: Kristine, Michelle, Brian, Daniel, Renee, Elizabeth, Johnny; and step-great-grandchildren; sister-in-laws: Sarah Ventimiglia, Barbara Migedt; brother-in-law: Bill Ventimiglia; niece and nephews: Vince (Colleen) Ventimiglia, June (the late Tim) Stackpoole, Ron (Angela) Migedt, Bill (Sherry) Ventimiglia Jr., Joe Ventimiglia; cousin: Elizabeth Migedt; step-son-in-law: Jack Sokoll; and her beloved puppy, Sandi. Also left to cherish her memory are many loving great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends. Beverly was preceded in death by her parents: Edward Hertz and Dolores Nadlicki, step-father Edward Nadlicki, brother Larry Migedt, brother-in-law Vince (Sophie) Ventimiglia, and sister-in-law Connie Ventimiglia.
She loved and cherished spending time with family and friends, playing cards, bowling, tennis, going to the casino, and playing ping-pong with Tony in their younger years. Beverly was a kind hearted person who was there to help and support her family and friends always with a smile and loving heart. Beverly and Tony loved traveling with Bev to visit family members and enjoying their time together as a family. Beverly was a member of the St. Isaac Jogues Christian Service Organization, a lifetime member of the VFW Bruce Post 1146 Auxiliary, a member of St. Gertrude and St. Isaac Jogues Parish.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the family to help cover funeral expenses.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores. Funeral mass will take place on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (Instate 9:00 a.m.) at Old St. Mary Catholic Church in Greektown, 646 Monroe, Detroit. Internment will take place immediately following the mass at Resurrection Cemetery.
In accordance to local guidelines, our funeral home can accommodate 25 guests in the visitation room at a time. Masks must be worn properly at all times while in the funeral home to protect the family and staff during these unprecedented times with no exceptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
