Frank E. West, age 81, passed away January 29, 2014. Frank is survived by wife Mary Ann. Children Michael (Julie), David (Betsy) and Frank (Donna). Stepchildren Amy, Joe, Jill and Pepe. Grandfather of 6, Great-grandfater of 2. Frank is predeceased by sister Marge and survived by sisters Delores and Carol.
