Herman Paul Bliss

Herman Paul Bliss, age 79, passed away on March 5, 2026. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marlene. Herman is survived by his loving daughter, Kimberly (Matthew) Fernhout; dear grandchildren, Brendan, Riley; brother-in-law, Lee Piemont; and caring nieces and nephews, Cliff (Amy), Rob (Lisa), Kelley (Steve) Molitor, Deborah (Ralph) Riopelle, the late Jeff (Cookie). He was also preceded in death by his siblings, James (Jean) and Beverly Piemont. Herman was a member of PMYC and enjoyed boating and playing tennis. He was an avid movie watcher, liked playing sudoku and enjoyed a good cigar. Visitation, Monday, March 9, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores. Funeral service, Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. with a gathering beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Christian Memorial Gardens West, Rochester Hills, MI.
