Irene Patricia Kott, age 93, of Harrison Township, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2024. Irene was born in Detroit, Michigan, to parents Anthony and Lydia Keller. Beloved wife to the late Kenneth Kott. Irene was preceded in death by her two children Nancy Kott and Paul Kott. Dear mother in law to Diane Kott. Cherished grandmother to Jennifer (Zach) DeVour and Kenneth Kott. Son-in-law, Timothy Lange. Brother, Richard Keller. Irene will be missed by many family and friends.
Grandma Renee was everything you could dream a grandmother to be and then some. She made every childhood experience feel like a new, exciting adventure. Renee was silly, fun, adventurous, and never took herself too seriously. It was funny how everywhere she went it felt as if she befriended just about every last person she encountered. Her personality naturally drew people towards her, even in her final moments. She meant a lot to more people than she’d ever realized.
