Joan A. Harris, age 81, a longtime resident of St. Clair Shores, died on December 10th, 2014 in Detroit. She was born on November 27. 1933 in Detroit and was preceded in death by her husband William in 1974 and her sister Lorraine. Dear mother of Wes (Beth), Mark, Amy (John) Soczewa and James (Vicki). Loving grandmother of Elisa, Rebecca and Emma Harris. Visitation will take place on Monday, November 15th from 3-9pm at the Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores. In state Tuesday, November 16th from 10:30am until 11am, the time of the funeral service at Community Baptist Church, St. Clair Shores. Interment will follow at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy.
