I am sorry about the loss of your father.  I came across his name on the bench dedicated in his honor at the Mayfield nature preserve in Austin.  I don't know what else to say.  Thank you for making that available.  You are in our prayers.

John, Ole buddy I just found out of your passing, I went looking for you on the internet again today and my heart is broken to find out like this.  I only wish I would have been successful about 5 years ago the first time I tried.  My prayers go out to your young family.  You were a good bud, and we had some fun times. Each and every one of these things I am thoughtful of, but this weekend I am especially thoughtful of what a HERO you are!  You are missed! Just want you to know that SGT. John Hansen will forever be remembered in our family as a Hero!  Think of him every time I think of 1st. Lt. Sean Jacobs, my nephew! Dear Family, I didn't know your loved one but when I read via my company email (I'm a DTE employee) that he was a fallen soldier, I clicked the link to read about him. There are no words that can truly help, but as  a Christian family, we can only offer our deepest sympathy and gratitude.
