Katherine Lynn Pasternacki, age 75, passed away on April 20, 2023. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on March 30, 1948 to her dear parents Earl and Lillian (McCune) Platt. Katherine graduated in 1966 from Finney High School in Detroit. She is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years, Frank Pasternacki; loving children: David Pasternacki, Teresa (Velko) Voydanoff, Timothy Pasternacki; and caring grandchildren: Noah Pasternacki and Ethan Pasternacki.
Kathy was a lifelong crafter and loved knitting and sewing. In recent years was a member of the St. Clair Shores Senior Knitting group. Kathy loved traveling, especially cruises. Her fondest memories were traveling with her grandsons to Disney World and cruising aboard the Disney Cruise Line. She also enjoyed going on cruises and traveling with her family and friends through the years. Kathy worked for Ascension St John for over 25 years where she made many of those wonderful friends that she would go on cruises with. Kathy also enjoyed her lady group's yearly trips to Frankenmuth.
Visitation, Tuesday, April 25, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores.
