Margaret Anna Hartung, age 98, passed away on September 13, 2023. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 29, 1924 to her dear parents Edgar and Theodora Davis. Margaret was preceded in death by her beloved husband Conrad Hartung. She is survived by her loving children: Raymond, Claudia, Curt; dear grandchildren: Amanda Hosko, Kelsey, Ryan; and great-grandchildren: Addalyn Hosko, and Brayden Hosko. Also left to cherish her memory are many loving friends.
Margaret enjoyed volunteering with various organizations during her younger years. She expressed her creativity with interior design and craft projects. Margaret was a good cook and enjoyed dining out and spending time with her family and friends.
Visitation Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores.
Funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. (Instate 9:30 a.m.) at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 22412 Overlake, St. Clair Shores.
In lieu of flowers memorial donationations in memory of Margaret are suggested to St. Bonaventure Capuchin Monastery, 1740 Mt. Elliott Street, Detroit, Michigan 48207.
Interment will take place at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Detroit, Michigan.
