With broken hearts we come to you to announce the passing of our beloved mother, wife, sister and grandmother: Margaret Mary Sapienza, who continued her journey on August 20th, 2024. Maggie was a source of happiness, love, strength and the foundation for the Sapienza and Bora families. We will cherish the beautiful memories and the love she shared with us.
Margaret is preceded in death by her father and mother Fred and Loraine Bora. She is survived by her husband of 50 years Lawrence Thomas Sapienza, son Larry (Sarah), granddaughter Adelia, brother David (Patti) Bora, sister Kathy (Frank) Shaffer, brother Fred (Kathy) Bora, nephew Kevin Bora, nieces Kimberlee Bora and Penny Dooge-Seacrist, great niece Haley Rubley and sister-in-law Cindy (Dennis) Dooge.
A memorial service will be held on August 24, 2024 at St Margaret’s Church at 21201 E 13 Mile Rd, St Clair Shores, MI. Visitation 12-1pm to be followed by service 1-2pm. We invite friends and family to join us in honor of her memory.
