Robert James Rohloff

Robert James Rohloff, age 81, passed away on January 9, 2026. He was born in Saginaw, Michigan to his parents, the late Carl and Ruth Rohloff. Robert is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Janet; loving children: Eric (Emily), Megan (Brad) Quinn; dear grandchildren: Skyler, Dawson, Ethan, and Ainsley; and many loving nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his brothers: Carl, Jack, and Bill. Robert was a handyman, he could fix anything and enjoyed home improvement projects and woodworking. He also enjoyed fishing, playing cards, cars and taking his family to the auto show. Robert was an avid college football fan and could be found yelling at the TV during football season. He loved traveling with Janet and spending time with his grandchildren. Robert had a kind and gentle soul with an infectious laugh who could talk to anyone. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or a charity of your choice. Memorial Visitation, Tuesday, January 13, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a memory sharing service at 6:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores.
