Stephan “Steve” Hartung, age 68, died December 12, 2015. Beloved husband of Michele “Mickey”. Loving father of Matthew (Rachel) and Kim (Matthew) Hull. Dearest grandfather of Cecily, Evangeline, and Maeleigh, and two more on the way. Dear uncle of Shannon, Scott (Ericka), Kelly, Katie, Kyle, Tyler, and Skyler. Also survived by his aunt Marian Kuhlman and her family. Stephan was predeceased by his parents Warren and Vivian. He proudly served in Vietnam in the US Army. He was also a respected coach for many different sports throughout the years. Visitation Tuesday 3-9 pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson, St. Clair Shores. Instate Wednesday 11:30 am until time of Mass at 12:00 noon at St. Basil Catholic Church, 22851 Lexington Ave, Eastpointe. Interment at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Michigan. Memorial contributions to the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Detroit would be appreciated.
