Vitold Stanley Rosinski, “Skeeter Ross”, age 86 of Roseville, MI. died peacefully surrounded by his family on August 20, 2015 at St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren, MI. Vitold was born on March 12, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan, son of Stanislaw and Florentyna Rosinski. Beloved husband of Marjorie; loving father of Deborah (Charles), Jeffery (Laurie), Karen (Joel) and Chris (Michelle); dear grandfather of 4 and great grandfather of 3. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Vitold is predeceased by his parents and sisters Alicia, Adeline and Alfreda He was a past race car driver from 1945 to 1958 at Motor City Speedway, Mt Clemens race tracks. Vitold also soloed and received his pilot’s license at age 16, flying a Stearmen plane. He retired from Ashland Chemical as a plant manager and truck driver in April of 1987. He was a long time honorable member in the usher’s club at St. Angela’s Catholic Church in Roseville for 57 years. Vitold and Marjorie celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary on April 25, 2015.
