

Born on February 18, 1952, Allen was a longtime resident of Deux-Montagnes and a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.
Allen proudly dedicated 30 years to serving his community as a volunteer firefighter and also worked for many years at General Motors. He loved working with his hands, was always willing to help those in need, and took pride in fixing, building, and caring for the people around him.
Known for his great sense of humor, Allen enjoyed making people laugh. He valued hard work, honesty, family, and showing kindness toward others.
Above all else, Allen was a proud father and grandfather who cherished time spent with his family and his beloved dog Rocky.
He leaves behind his children, Michael and Holly (David), and his cherished grandchildren, Lexi and James. Allen is also survived by his siblings Frances, Richard, Lyle, Ronald, and David, and was predeceased by his siblings Jimmy, Diane, Barbara, Linda, and Steven. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will miss him greatly.
Allen will be remembered for his kindness, quiet strength, willingness to help others, and the warmth and laughter he brought to those around him. His memory will live on in the lives he touched and in the family who loved him dearly.

Condolences will be received at Guay Funeral Home, 146 St-Louis Street, St-Eustache, QC, J7R 1Y2, on May 30, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
A Celebration of Life will follow at the same location from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Family and friends are invited to gather afterward for refreshments and shared memories at the Community Centre of Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac, Salle B-1, 99 rue de la Mairie, Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac, QC, J0N 1P0
