Mrs. Sarah Simon, born July 24, 1949, in Kanesatake, Quebec, passed away on August 27, 2026, at the age of 77. A resident of Saint-Eustache, Quebec, Sarah will be remembered with deep respect and lasting gratitude by all who had the privilege to know her.
Beloved wife of Mr. Ronald Griffiths, Sarah’s life was rooted in devotion to her family and in the steady presence she offered to those around her. She leaves to mourn her three sons, Richard (Pasqualina), Wilfred (Liliana), and Sean (Kristina), and her cherished grandchildren Cody (Jadyn), Meagan (Zachary), James, Brenda (William), Jordan (Sophie), Patrick (Beth), Presley, and Emma.
She is also survived by her brother Fred (Barbara), as well as her nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends who will hold her memory close.
Visitation will be held at Les Salons Funéraires Guay, 146 rue St-Louis at St-Eustache Tuesday, September 1, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 10:00 am to 10:30 am.
A Celebration of Life will take place at Les Salons Funéraires Guay, 146 rue St-Louis in St-Eustache on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. Burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery in Kanesatake
After the burial, a light lunch will be held at: Kana:takon Kahwa:tsire Hall - 240 rue Saint Michel, Oka
In lieu of flowers, donation to the Saint-Eustache Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
