Peacefully with family at her side at the Chartwell Wenleigh Long Term Care residence, Mississauga, Ontario, on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at the age of ninety-one. Grace relocated to Ontario in 2006 and made many new friends but always kept in touch with her friends in Quebec. She always received the most Christmas cards and all the staff enjoyed her jovial ways.
She was the beloved wife of the late Gordon Louis Hoerner . Loving mother of Margaret ( Steve Kraak) and Gordon ( Linda Dery) . Best loving grandmother ever to Erin Laura Hoerner ( Rob Duval) and Andrew Kraak. Great Nana to Devon Duval. Pre deceased by her brother Nelson, her sisters Eleanor, Dollie and Tillie her nephew Michael Bourdeau and niece Martha Eney O-Neil. Loving Aunt to Dorothy Fortin, Lillian Armstrong, Edward Barton, Irene Barton, Kenny Barton, Richard Hoerner, and Douglas Eney. Loving great aunt to Christina Abrams, Dana Robinson and Holly Johnson.
Family will receive condolences Sunday December 27, from 7pm to 9 pm, Monday December 28, from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7pm to 9 pm, Tuesday December 29, 2015 at 10 am, followed by a memorial service in the chapel at 11 am
