Passed away peacefully on September 15, loving wife of John Prochownik, very proud mother of Gail (Darren), David (Nadine) and Nancy (Duane) and stepmother to Michael (Merry). Caring Nana to Ryan, Gage, Indiana, Dylan, Ashton, Madison, Ethan and Lorelai. Most loving aunt to Donna (Dominic), Claire (Lou) and Keith (Carol). also survived by many grand and great-grand nieces and nephews. Dedicated friend to countless.
A wake will be held in Kris'honor on Monday, September 19 from 7pm to 9pm as well as Tuesday, September 20 at 10:30am followed by a funeral service at 11am at
