Vera J. Tock (Cartwright) passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 100. She was born in Montreal, QC on October 4, 1924 to Annie and William Cartwright who preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, Ken (Mary) Tock of Ohio and Marilyn Nathan of Calgary, Alberta. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Jason (Franca) Tock, Nicole (Matteo) Falvo, Anne Nathan and one great granddaughter, Samantha Tock.
Vera was preceded in death by her husband Richard, and son, David Tock.
Vera will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She loved her family very much and was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was kind and welcoming to all she met. Vera enjoyed cooking and baking, especially on holidays when everyone would gather.
During her latter years, Vera had amazing people taking care of her so she could remain in her home. Their genuine, selfless care for her will never be forgotten. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday August 15th, 2025 at 11:00am at the Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home in St. Lambert.
