Arline S. Anderson (nee: Spitzfaden) Asleep in Jesus on Thursday, March 24, 2022. Childhood sweetheart and dearly beloved wife for 60 years of the late Russell E. Anderson. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Gary and Miriam Anderson, Lynne and Don Scharlott, Janis and John Lawrence, and Judith Anderson. Beloved grandmother of Meghan (Andy) Gibbons, Andrew (Crystal) Scharlott, Laura (Michael) Bonebrake, Kristin (Jay Malone) Morrison, Daniel (Deborah) Scharlott, Shaun (Katherine) Lawrence, and Nathan (Amanda) Anderson. Dear Great Grandmother (Oma) of Jadon Lawrence, Alexis Scharlott, Aleah Morrison, Ava Lawrence, Evan Bonebrake, Elena Scharlott, Ellie Lawrence, Nora Scharlott, Adrian Holliday, Trevor Scharlott, Colin Bonebrake, Elise Bonebrake, and Corinne Bonebrake.

Preceded in death by sister, Doris Kemerer.

Dear aunt, great aunt, great great aunt, cousin and friend. Special prayer partner of Mimi Wolf. Grateful for neighbor Annie Scheile and her family for their friendship and many years of dinners. Appreciative of her caregivers, especially Sara Henrick, who cared for her these past few years.

Arline was a lifetime member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church.

Visitation at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road on Friday, April 1, 2022

from 4-8 pm and on Sat. April 2, 2022 from 1 pm until time of service at 2 pm at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 2650 Miami, St. Louis, MO 63116. Interment will follow in Concordia Lutheran Cemetery.
