Carol Ann Campa Quinlan

Ms. Quinlan filled many important roles in her too-brief life. She was a caregiver to thousands of patients in need, during her many years working as a geriatric nurse. Ms. Quinlan also served with distinction as an officer for the Missouri State Association of Licensed Practical Nurses.

She was the mother of two beloved children, Christopher Quinlan (Lynn) and Megen Campbell (Chris); the doting grandmother of seven grandchildren: Brendan, Jordan, Nicholas, Samantha, Jared, Rowan and Jaden; the sister of three treasured siblings: Helen Jean, Raoul Jr. and Michael; the daughter of her dear departed parents, Raoul and Helen Campa; and the loving aunt to her many nieces, nephews and great nephew.

She was also a cherished friend to many whose lives she touched with her wicked sense of humor and undying loyalty. Even though she struggled through many years of illness, her bravery and indomitable spirit were an example to everyone who knew her.

Visitation is scheduled between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Aug. 20 at Hoffmeister South County Chapel (1515 Lemay Ferry Road). Funeral services are scheduled at 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 21 at Saints Mary and Joseph Church (6304 Minnesota Ave.)
