Charles Joseph Fischer, age 73, of Arnold, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at the age of 73. Charles was born September 30, 1949 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Charles G. and Frieda M, Fischer (nee Vogel. He is the loving father of Charles (Jillian) Fischer and Steven (Jackie) Fischer; Cherished grandfather of Nathan, Isabella, Katie and Sarah Fischer.
