Elaine Blair of St. Louis,MO passed away on Friday October 28, 2022. She was born in St. Louis, MO on March 30, 1933 to the late Louis and Minnie (nee Prokop) Howe; beloved wife of the late Charlie Blair; loving mother of Sandy (Marty) Davis, Tom (Cheryl) Dixon, Kim (Allen) Cook, Diane Saffo and Roger (Denise) Blair; loving grandmother of Michelle Clay, Michael (Sadie) Saffo, Brittany (Gage) Castleberry, Andrew Blair, Samantha Cook, Wyatt Cook and Cody Cook; great grandmother of Tyler Young, Hunter Clay and Madison Clay.

Elaine loved traveling, camping, going to the movies, reading books and especially spending time with her family.

A visitation for Elaine will be held Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63125. Funeral service will be celebrated Friday, November 4, 2022, 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan, Jefferson Barracks, MO 63125.
