

Jack Thomas Kennebeck, born May 19, 1936, dearest son of the late John and Florence (Crawley) Kennebeck, passed away on September 14, 2013. Beloved husband of Teri McCarthy Kennebeck; dear father of Shelley (Jamie) Reuter, Mark Kennebeck, David Kennebeck, Brian (Catherine Martin) Kennebeck, Sean (Catherine Jordan) McCarthy and Danielle (Brian Drozd) McCarthy; precious grandfather to Olivia, Isabelle, and Lanie Reuter, Allie and Ben Kennebeck, and Grant Drozd.
Jack was a graduate of Beaumont High School and attended Southeast Missouri State University. From 1966 until his last day, Jack was energetically devoted to his career in the financial and insurance services industry. From his first year in the business, he was a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table. He also acheived special recognition as a member of MDRT's Top of the Table.
Like his father, Jack was an avid golfer and especially enjoyed playing at Old Warson Country Club. Everywhere, his work ethic and sense of humor were legendary.
A special thank you to Linda Sullivan, Jack's assistant, and to his health care team - Drs. Braverman, Skor, McDonald and Ojile, and their staff. They helped Jack acheive a quality productive life until his last day.
SERVICES: A celebration of Jack's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 27th, 2013 at Kriegshauser West Mortuary, 9450 Olive Bouelvard, Olivette, MO 63132. Visitation at 9:30 a.m. preceding the service. Memorials can be made on his behalf to the Marfan Syndrome Clinic Fund, care of Dr. Alan Braverman, director, Washington University School of Medicine, 660 South Euclid Avenue, Saint Louis, MO 63110 or to the Evans Scholars Foundation, www.wgaesf.org.
