Julianne Ida Pinter, age 90, of St. Louis, Missouri passed away on Tuesday October 23, 2018. Julianne was born January 6, 1928 in Saint Louis, Missouri to Theresa (nee: Meintrup) and Heyman Klosterman.
Julianne is survived by her son Keith (Mary) Pinter; granddaughters Julie (Lee Williams) Pinter, Amy (Doug) McCurdy, Kelly (Derek) Herzing, great grandson Lucas McCurdy, great granddaughter Adalyn McCurdy and great grandson Carter McCurdy.
Julianne was preceded in death by her husband Emil Pinter; father Heyman Klosterman and mother Theresa Klosterman and brother Ollie (Jane) Klosterman.
She was a parishioner for over 20 years at St. Matthais Catholic Church. She was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 742 Auxiliary and a member of the Anheuser Busch American Legion Auxiliary Unit 299. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister aunt and friend. While she had many gifts and passions, her family was the important part of her life.
A visitation will be offered from 4-8 pm on Sunday October 28, 2018 at Hoffmeister South County Chapel 1515 Lemay Ferry Rd. Lemay, MO 63125. A mass of the resurrection for Julianne will be held Monday, October 29, 2018 at 10:00 AM at St Matthais Catholic Church, 796 Buckley Rd, Saint Louis, MO 63125. Following the mass will be a graveside service at 11:15 AM at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Rd, Jefferson Barracks, MO 63125.
