Mary V. Dawkins

Born on November 26, 1934 to the late Carl and Virginia Malle (nee Necker).

Beloved wife of the late Douglas Dawkins, Jr. Loving mother of Christine (Robert) Horst Pontious and

step mother of Douglas (Linda) Dawkins III.

Cherished grandmother of Kevin, Ryan, Doug and Trisha and great grandmother of Jaxson, Madison, Jameson, Mackenzie, Tyler, Brayden, Douglas, Zaccary, Gabriella, Neeley and Bentley.

Dearest sister of Carol Casey and Sam Malle. Our dear aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend.

Mary attended Charless Grade School and McKinley High School and was a member of the

McKinley Goldbug Association.

She worked at St. Louis City Hospital for 30 years from 1954-1985 and at SLU Gift Shop for 20 years from 1994-2014.

A visitation for Mary will be held Monday, May 12, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63125.

A funeral service will occur Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 9:00 AM.

Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
