Rev. Robert R. Osborne, S.M., born in New Rochelle, NY on January 16, 1933, Professed first vows in Galesville, WI in 1955, professed perpetual vows in 1959 and entered the seminary in Fribourg, Switzerland in 1962, ordained on March 26, 1966 entered into eternal rest, April 27, 2014.
His parents, Alice (Sartori) and Robert Osborne preceded him in death. His sister, Mary Alice, and brother, Peter, five nieces and nephews, and five grand nieces and nephews survive him.
Services: A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of the Pillar Church, 401 S. Lindbergh, on Monday, May 5 at 10:30 a.m., followed by a reception in the Parish Life Center.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Marianist Province of the United States, 4425 W. Pine Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63108. Gifts will support the India Education Fund.
