Effie Badeaux Cartier

PATTERSON – Memorial Services will be conducted for Effie Badeaux Lipari Cartier, age87, at 11:00 am Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Word of Life Family Church. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Patterson.

The family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 am at Word of Life Family Church on Thursday until time of service.

A native of Patterson and resident of St. Martinville, Mrs. Cartier passed away at 10:26 pm on, Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at her residence.

She is survived by her children, Carolyn Boudreaux; Mary Aucoin, Penny Boudreaux and husband Raymond; Deborah Barras and husband Michael; Tammy Tores and husband Sammy; Lucy Browder and husband David; Hope Ackman and husband Jessie; Jack Lipari and wife Okie; Paul Lipari and wife Melanie; Chris Lipari and wife Darlene and Ricky Lipari; thirty grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her children, Anthony Lipari, Billy Lipari and Tina Lipari; son in laws, Homer Boudreaux; Robert Aucoin; daughter in law, Nobie Lipari; parents, Octave and May Waguespack Badeaux.
